Question 1 2. That the situation causing the unnecessar/ hardship or practical difficulty is unique to the affected property and is not self imposed. The Park -view Residences do not have direct frontage on Highway 114, which is where most of the traffic comes from. The purpose of this application is to provide accurate and up to date directional information to the correct location. Question 2 3. That the variance will not injure and will be wholly compatible with the use and permitted development of adjacent properties. The signage proposed is compatible with 5outhlake Town Square and the use of adjacent properties and with the previously approved Garden District sign program. Question 3 4. That the variance. will be in harmony with the spirit and purpose of the sign ordinance.
