recorded under Instrument Number D219162183, Official Public Records, Tarrant County, Texas (O.P.R.T.C.T.), and
being all of that certain tract of land described by deed recorded under Instrument Number D2192122674,
O.P.R.T.C.T., and Gary Hollingsworth and Judy Hollingsworth are the owners of a 4.177 acre tract of land described
by deed recorded under Instrument Number D214031517, O.P.R.T.C.T., and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod with orange cap stamped "RW Coombs RPLS 5294" (Coombs) found for corner
being the northwest corner of the herein described tract, same point being in the southwesterly right-of-way line of East
Dove Road;
THENCE South 47 degrees 44 minutes 23 seconds East, with the southwesterly right-of-way line of East Dove
Road, passing at 216.92 feet a 1/2 inch iron rod with orange cap stamped "Coombs" found, and continuing on for a
total distance of 718.45 feet to a point for corner from which a fence corner post bears North 25 degrees 23 minutes 11

THENCE North 56 degrees 33 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 46.68 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod with red cap
stamped "RPLS 4888" found for corner;
THENCE North 09 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 227.57 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
