A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, GRANTING A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT FOR A
BAR OR TAVERN ON PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, LOCATED AT 1512 E. SOUTHLAKE
BOULEVARD, BEING LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF
LOT 2, BLOCK 22, SOUTHLAKE TOWN SQUARE, MORE FULLY
AND COMPLETELY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A", AND AS
DEPICTED ON THE APPROVED SITE EXHIBIT ATTACHED
HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN AS EXHIBIT "B" AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a Specific Use Permit for a bar or tavern has been requested by a person or corporation
having a proprietary interest in the property zoned as "DT" Downtown District; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with the requirements of Section 45.1 (1) of the City's Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance, the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council have given the requisite
notices by publication and otherwise, and have afforded the persons interested and situated in the affected area
and in the vicinity thereof, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby find and determine that the granting of such Specific Use
Permit is in the best interest of the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
A Specific Use Permit is hereby granted for a bar or tavern on the property located at 1512 E.
Southlake Boulevard, being legally described as a portion of Lot 2, Block 22, Southlake Town Square, an
addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, according to the plat recorded in Cabinet `A', Slide
12196, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, more fully and completely described in Exhibit "A", and as
depicted on the approved Site Exhibit attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit `B" and providing an
effective date, subject to the provisions contained in the comprehensive zoning ordinance and the restrictions
set forth herein. The following specific requirements and special conditions shall be applicable to the granting

of this Specific Use Permit:
1. This Specific Use Permit is approved for the duration of the lease for The Wine Loft and for
any extensions of that lease that this particular tenant may have.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall become effective on the date of approval by the City Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 15TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2008.

Wine Philosophy
The Wine Loft offers over 50 wines by the glass and
over 200 selections by the bottle. Our goal is to pro-
vide a core list of wines that allow our guests to have
something familiar and comfortable while rotating in
an eclectic selection that brings fresh new wines to
the forefront.
Our New Menu
Chef Al Massa has done it again. Our newest menu
features some hot new items - Cheese Fondue and
Chocolate Fondue - both are perfect for sharing.
Or try our new Shrimp Scampi or the BLP Sand-
wich for a tasty light bite.
Staff Suggestions
If you're not sure of exactly what type of wine you're
looking for, please ask a member of our staff for a
suggestion. Every Wine Loft employee has been
trained to make recommendations based on your
taste preferences... or simply ask for their favorite
wine. Check out our staff's selections on the
last page of this list.
Half Price Bottles
Every Tuesday The Wine Loft offers select bottles of
wine, ranging for $50 to $150, for half off the menu
price. Ifs the perfect time to try that exclusive vin-
tage you've had your eye on.
Sunday Bubbles
Every Sunday from 5:00-11:OOPM the Wine Loft
hosts our "Sunday Bubbles" event with free cham-
pagne for all ladies. Unwind with a glass of bubbly
our decadent chocolate fondue.
Private Parties
The Wine Loft is available for private parties. We can
host events from 20 to 200. Please call Craig @ 957-
2772 for information or to make arrangements. We
can tailor menus and wine selections to fit most

Straw yellow, with green reflections, on the nose the wine
displays floral and fruity aromas, with broom, renetta apple,
pineapple and banana tones. It has a dry taste with a pleas-
ant soft acidity.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This wine exhibits fresh refined flavors and aromas of berry,
cherry and subtle plum. Extended aging in French oak barrels
