Approve the minutes from the March 8, 2021- Motion to approve the minutes with no corrections was made by Sana Khan and seconded by Katy Lin. Motion carried (8-0) 4. Discussion A. Election Volunteering- SYAC Chair Rishik Bethi provided an overview of volunteer details for who wants to volunteer. Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber will send an email to members interested in volunteering. B. Intern Day- SYAC Chair Rishik Bethi presented an overview of Intern Day that will be a half day at the end of May. Emails were sent to each member with details. C. Budget Activity- Assistant to the Director Milenka Lopez initiated a budget activity for members. Ms. Lopez had them create a budget out of $30,000,000 for a fictional town. The members created two groups and each group presented their budgets. Ms. Lopez and Community Relations Manager, Vicky Schiber were available to answer questions. 5. Adjournment — Motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:11 p.m. was made by Katy Lin and seconded by Mitibella LeNguyen.
