INTEROFFICE MEMORANDUM

FROM: Bill LeGrand
SUBJECT: Contract to Fence
Water Site #4
I have reviewed all of the bids received for fence of
water tower site #4. Two of the contractors have pre-
formed contracts for the City.
Phillips contracting installed the fence on water site
3, Northeast Fence has installed fence at the City
Park and water site #2 and made many repairs for the
City.
Both contractors have good credibility with the City,
therefore the real differance is the price which would
leave me to recommend that the contract be awarded to
Phillips Contracting, Inc. for the sum of $8,954.00.
