RESOLUTION 88-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONDUCT
NEGOTIATIONS WITH CITY OF KELLER, TRINITY
RIVER AUTHORITY, CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES TO DEFINITIZE
AN AGREEMENT WHICH WOULD PERMIT TRINITY
RIVER AUTHORITY TO ASSUME OPERATION AND
MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PUMP
STATION AND SUPPLY LINE JOINTLY OWNED BY
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, CITY OF KELLER AND
THE HUNTS.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes the City
Manager to enter into negotiations with the Trinity River
Authority, the City of Keller and The Hunts to define an
agreement which would authorize Trinity River Authority
to operate and maintain the Beech Street Pump Station and
the supply line jointly owned by City of Southlake, City
of Keller and The Hunts. The definitized agreement(s) to be
presented to the respective councils and governing bodies for
approval.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and
effect after its passage until such time as a definitize
agreement acceptable to all partie --1 pared'.
