RESOLUTION 87-32
WHEREAS, the City Council of the
City of Southlake, Texas did pass'
and approve Ordinance No. 292, where-
in provision is made for the appoint-
ment of members to the Planning and
Zoning Commission; and,
WHEREAS, appointments must be made to
serve expired terms, which by
ordinance are for a period of two
years; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
MARTIN W. DUNBAR, be reappointed to serve a two
year term, to expire on May 1,1989.
DICK BERNASEK, be appointed to serve a _two year
term, to expire on May 1,1989. The place on the
commission was filled by Carroll McDaniel.
