1987-0054 RESOLUTION 87-5 WHEREAS, it is necessary for the best interest of the citizens of the City of Southlake, Texas, that there be a City Attorney, to offer legal advice in the city's behalf; and, WHEREAS, the office of City Attorney is currently vacant; and, WHEREAS, the term of such office will be two years, which will expire on the 2nd regular City Council Meeting in January, 1989, in accordance with City of Southlake, Ordinance No 67; now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT: The Firm of Hutchinson, Price, Boyle & Brooks, represented by John F. Boyle Jr. be and he is hereby appointed to serve as City Attorney, for a two year term, expiring the 2nd City Council Meeting in January, 1989.
