WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas, did appoint a
Zoning Board of Adjustments, by
Resolution 82-16, AND;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 261 calls for
a five members board to serve for a
term of three years, AND;
WHEREAS, the Board is now without one
member, as one vacated his unexpired
term.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS THAT:
The following person be appointed to serve on the Zoning
Board of Adjustments to fill the unexpired term of
Fred Merrill. The term is to expire on January 5,1985.
