1983-018RESOLUTION 83-18 A Resolution of the City of Southlake, Texas, suspending the operation of proposed rate schedules filed by Tri County Electric Cooperation, Inc. for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days beyond the date on -which such schedules would otherwise go into effect. WHEREAS, Tri County Electric Cooperative Inc. did, on May 20, 1983 file a schedule of rates for service within the City of Southlake to become effective July, 1, 1983 AND, WHEREAS, after having considered the presentative of Tri County Electric Cooperative Inc., it is the opinion of the City Council of the City of Southlake that such schedule of rates should be suspended for a period of 120 days from July 1, 1983 for further study, investigation, presentation of evidence and public hearing; and WHEREAS, a copy of this resolution has been provided Tri County Electric Cooperation, Inc. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS: Pursuant to Section 43(d) of the Public Utility Regulatory Act, the operation of Tri County Electric Cooperation, Inc. proposed rate schedules filed with the City of Southlake on May 20, 1983, is hereby suspended for a period of 120 days from July 1, 1983, for further study, investigation, presentation of evidence and public hearing.
