WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, did pass and approve
Ordinance No. 203, wherein privision is
made for the appointment of members to
the Planning and Zoning Commission:
AND,
WHEREAS, an appointment must be made to
fill the expired term of James Harrell.
The term will expire, May, 1981.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Z- be appointed to the Planning
an Zoning Commission for a term of three (3) years, as
per Ordinance No. 203, of the City of Southlake. Thus
expiring May 1,1984.
