RESOLUTION NO. 74-T-4)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake,
Texas, did pass and approve Ordinance No. 203,
wherein provision is made for the appointment of
members to the Planning & Zoning Commission; And,
WHEREAS, an appointment must be made to fill the
unexpired term of N. B. Hight who relinquished his
position; And,
WHEREAS, an appointment must be made to appoint a
member to take the place of Lloyd Wolf whose term
has expired; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE,
TEXAS, THAT:
1.
Dr. M. D. Simmons be and is hereby appointed td fill the unexpired term of
N. B. Hight, which term ends May 1, 1975.
2.
Eleanor Kasper be and is hereby appointed to take the place of Lloyd Wolf
whose term has expired, with her term ending May 1, 1977.
