SPIN Citywide Forum: SPIN #11 will host a Citywide meeting to discuss a the proposed Phase 1 of
the Southlake Regional Medical Center - a 160,000 sq. ft. hospital with 55 beds and an 80,000 sq. ft.
medical office building located on the south side of SH114 east of White Chapel Boulevard.
1. Call to Order. Introduction of SPIN Program and Meeting Ground Rules.
2. Discussion: Discussion of proposed development.
3. Discussion: Question and Answer Session.
4. Adjourn

SPIN Forum: SPIN #14 will host a meeting to discuss a proposed rezoning of a property from AG to
SF20 located at 520 S. White Chapel.
1. Call to Order. Introduction of SPIN Program and Meeting Ground Rules.
2. Discussion: Discussion of proposed development.
3. Discussion: Question and Answer Session.
4. Adjourn
A quorum of the City Council or the Planning and Zoning Commission
may or may not be present at any of these posted meetings.
