Mayor Laura Hill led the pledges of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags. 3. SOUTHLAKE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE UPDATES BY JUSTIN LEWIS Due to Mr. Lewis not being able to attend the meeting, no update was provided. 4. SOUTHLAKE HISTORICAL SOCIETY UPDATES BY CONNIE COOLEY Mayor Hill introduced Southlake Historical Society President Connie Cooley who provided a Southlake Historical Society update. A variance is approved to allow the existing spacing to the east and west along E. Dove Rd., which is approximately 85' to the west and approximately 98' to the east. And noting: - Variances to allow 10' side yard setbacks as shown on the concept plan and a septic system on a lot less than one acre were approved by the Zoning Board of Adjustment on May 26, 2005 under Case No. ZBA-459. - Also noting that the City Council finds that the lot configuration is consistent with the low-density land use plan designation since the existing tract not being further subdivided and only one home can be built on the lot.
