and Concept/Site Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated January 15, 2021 and
acknowledging the air circulation issues that Mr. Medici discussed and the intent
and desire to address some of the visibility issues through landscaping, to continue
to explore landscaping to the extent that you can and to take forward to Council a
plan on how landscaping might address the tradeoff between removing the screen
and visibility from the adjoining neighbor.
