NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020,
the Crime Control and Prevention District Board will conduct this meeting virtually in order to advance the
public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing") to slow the spread of the
Coronavirus (COVID-19).
This Notice and Meeting Agenda, are posted on the City's website and can be found at

The public will be permitted to offer public comments as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the
presiding officer during the meeting via hgpp /bltj /y CCPD292021 A recording of this meeting will be made
and will be available to the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.

A. Approve minutes from the July 30, 2020, Crime Control and Prevention District Board meeting.
B. Selection of Crime Control Board District officers.
4. Discussion:
A. Update on Crime Control and Prevention District Sales Tax.
B. Update on School Resource Officer program.
5. Meeting adjourned.
