I even the building In which my practice is located through S&S Landholdings LLC and lease spa. to my practice. WmcIt currently occupies oppremm.taly 9.800 SF. There is about appmximptely 1,900 SF of unfinished leased space on the side of the budding, which I eventually plan to finish out and lease. We weently have o sign on the back of the building but There Ism visibility of this sign due to any very large trees. Further, my practice is setback from the main poss streets of Southlake Blvd and Davis Blvd and he building has limited visibility. As a msug. I wood like to move the Sohn DanWl egn from the back of the budding (Exhibit t) to me side of the building (Exhibit 2) where the unfinished lease space " located. The current sign regulation does net allow for a business to place a sign on the side of a building for which they do not lease. Since I own the buiding am occupy a anatomy of the building space. I ..to like to Ioate my sign on the side of the building to provide bather visibility for my patients, many of which are altlady, as well as leave space for a future tenant sign below my sign for when I eventually finish out and lease Me remaining spa..
