Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Executive Session may be held under these exceptions, at the end of the Reaular
Session or at any time durina the meeting or work session that a need arises for the
Sign Board to seek advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this
Sian Board meetina. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney.
B. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in Executive Session.

BOARD MEETING.
A motion was made to approve item 4, the minutes from the January 21, 2021 Sign Board
meeting.

5. CONSIDER: SV20-0018, SIGN VARIANCE FOR TRANSPORT WORKERS UNION
LOCATED THE 759 N. KIMBALL AVENUE, SOUTHALKE, TEXAS.
Chairman Kubiak announced the Applicant for item 5 requested the item be tabled to the
next regular scheduled meeting.
A motion was made to approve the Applicant's request on item 5, and to table the item until
the next Sign Board meeting.
