Property Situation:
The property is located at 800 N. White Chapel Blvd.
Development Details:
The applicant is proposing an approximately 2,650 square foot addition of STEAM (science,
technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) classroom space with a maximum height of 26’
at Carroll High School. The addition will be placed on the west side of campus and an existing
concrete patio will be removed for the two STEAM classroom additions. The addition is designed
to match the existing structure.
