FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The property is located at 1001 through 1161 E. Southlake Blvd. Development Details: The applicant is proposing modifications to the Park Village development to include revisions to the fountain, paving treatments, and landscaping. • Expansive soils site-wide have caused issues in the hardscape (plumbing is cracked underneath fountain) • Options for fountain: o Create community atmosphere where people can congregate o Entertainment deck for functionality – include unique sustainable feature o Art feature on pedestal, modify water feature (next to no underground plumbing) • 75% entertainment deck / 25% modified fountain • Shade structure added • Improve landscaping across development • No parking stalls will be removed Presentation: Questions and Concerns: N/A SPIN Meeting Reports are general observations of SPIN Meetings by City staff and SPIN Representatives.
