NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued
March 16, 2020, the City Council of the City of Southlake will conduct a SPIN Town Hall Forum
scheduled for 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 by video conference in order to advance
the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing") to slow
the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
This Notice and Meeting Agenda, and the Agenda Packet, are posted online at
https.,//www.cityofsouthlake.com/AgendaCenter
The public will be permitted to offer public comments as provided by the agenda and as
permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting via this link http://bit.ly/SLKSPIN012621,
hosted through Webex.
A recording of this meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance with
the Open Meetings Act.
TIME: 6:00 p.m.
1. Call to Order.
2. SPIN2021-03 — An applicant is proposing three (3) warehousing / distribution center
buildings totaling 330,980 square feet at the northwest corner of Mustang Court and
Southwestern St. within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
3. SPIN2021-05 — An applicant is proposing an 8,000 square foot STEAM classroom addition
to The Clariden School Campus located at 100 Clariden Ranch Rd. within SPIN
Neighborhood #1.
4. Adjourn.
A quorum of the City Council or other board or commission may or may not be present at this
meeting.
