Currently, we are planning to add a 1,500 square foot out- building to our property for the storage of equipment; however, that request will be submitted separately once we have selected a manufacturer and contractor. If we do add an out - building, it will be located on the level ground west of the horse stables. We are not going to remove any trees nor change the grading or drainage of the property to accommodate the out - building. Please approve our requested rezoning.
