1. Call to Order.
2. Executive Session: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed
in executive session.
a. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive
session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section
551.071, including matters posted on this agenda.
b. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session.
3. Consider: Approval of the minutes of the December 10, 2020 Zoning Board of Adjustment
meeting.
4. Administrative Comments.
5. Consider: ZBA20-0015, Special Exception Use per Ord. No. 480, as amended, Section
44.12(7) for an accessory building located forward of the principal building on the lot, on
property described as Lot H, Block 1, Old Orchard Country Estates, an addition to the City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 935 W. Dove Rd., Southlake, Texas. Current
Zoning: "SF -1A" Single Family Residential District. PUBLIC HEARING
