Item 7A - Letter of Declaration of Parking AgreementTo Whom it May Concern,
Greetings. This is a letter of declaration to elucidate the planned remote parking agreement for future employees of
the Creekside Point development in Southlake, Texas.
Creekside Point (Lot 1R1R2, Block 1) is a planned mixed-used development in the Sabre Group Campus Addition of
the city of Southlake, Texas, being developed by Brown Company Partners, LLC. The site will feature a 145-key full-
service hotel with a 4,500 square-foot in-house restaurant and 4,500 square-feet of event space as well as an 11,000
square-foot standalone restaurant and a 3,500 square-foot standalone restaurant. It is estimated that the employee
presence on site on a given day will range between fifty and sixty employees. Upon performing a shared parking
analysis of the development plan, a parking deficiency was observed on Saturdays. To remedy this, a parking
agreement between Creekside Point and the nearby Solana Campus located across State Highway 114 is being
planned to accommodate Creekside employees during evenings and weekends.
While a parking agreement has yet to be submitted to the city and is subject to approval by city staff, this letter
means to inform the reader of the planned execution of an agreement between Solana Plaza (located at 1301 Solana
Boulevard) and Creekside Point to supply Creekside Point with the required number of parking spaces to satisfy
employee parking demand. The location of the lot to be used in the remote parking agreement is subject to change
until the agreement is executed. Specific details regarding the terms and status of the execution of the parking
