Re: 1507 E. Dove Rd Zoning and Concept Application
Dear Mr. Schell,
Ridinger Associates, is pleased to inform you and the City of Southlake, of our client’s intention
to rezone his property from Agricultural to SF1A. The reason for this zoning is our client wishes
to plat the two adjacent tracts of land he owns into one lot and zoning is needed before the plat
can proceed. 1507 E. Dove Rd is a residential lot that is 0.962 acres at the southern intersection
of Dove Rd and Lonesome Dove Rd. There is no new development or construction being
proposed for the subject property.
The current zoning for this property is A – Agriculture while the desired zoning is SF-1A to
match the tract to the east and other adjacent properties. The combined area of the two tracts is
1.817 acres. Per the Concept Plan provided, any new construction on site will be required to meet
the City of Southlake ordinances for SF-1A and new construction.
