NARRATIVE:
The request for the extension for the Special Use Permit for the
sales trailer at Saddleback Ridge Estates is based on the
unexpected slower pace sales. There are two key reasons that
have contributed to slower sales:
RAIN: In Fall of 2017 right after our grand opening we
experienced unusual amount of rain and waterfall.
Subsequently the north White Chapel bridge was
completely washed out and direct access to our project was
extremely impacted. The road was closed, bridge re-
engineered and constructed. As a result drive traffic was
greatly impacted and sales were less than expected.
COVID-19: starting in February / March of 2019 also has
severely impacted sales.
Because of these two reasons respectfully request a 3 year
extension. We are currently half sold out, 16 of 32 lots have been

The sales trailer also adds an additional security component to
the project and provides cameras for entry and exit traffic as
well.
