STAFF PRESENT: Sr. Director of Planning and Development Services Ken Baker; Deputy Director of Planning & Development Services Dennis Killough; and Commission Secretary Selena Serrano. WORK SESSION: 1. CALL TO ORDER: 2. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporate herein. Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during the meeting that a need arises for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Paul Cutler at 1200 Sarah Park Trail came forward to speak in opposition. Chairman Kubiak closed the public hearing. Commission continued to discuss the concerns with the applicant. Knight No. 899 addition subject to the Staff Report dated October 16, 2020 and Concept Plan Review Summary No. 2 dated October 15, 2020, subject to the applicant knowingly the need for a sidewalk as required for the pathway and having the applicant reflect that plan to present to Council on November 17, 2020; also acknowledging the willingness of the applicant to push back the fence from the road of a minimum of 10 feet from the front property line; acknowledging the willingness to utilize the use of a wrought iron fencing with an 8 foot fencing across the back and an 8 foot wood fencing across the northern boundary next to the church, masonry columns along the front with the wrought iron, the agreement of the applicant to create a driveway to accommodate for deliveries, and encouraging a dialog with the neighbors to any concerns they might have prior t o taking the case to City Council.
