Southlake Boulevard. 3 Background Water easement • Developer request • Northern portion of lot • Easement approximately 0.36 acres of 3.4175-acre property The developer of the property located at 191 W. Southlake Boulevard is requesting that the City abandon a portion of the existing water line easement. The easement runs along the northern portion of the lot. The easement encompasses approximately 0.36 acres of the 3.4175-acre property. 4 Purpose Water line easement • 15-foot water line easement • Designated for Fire line Domestic meters Irrigation meters • Requesting a 5 square foot area • City infrastructure Does not contain Will not affect access The recorded plat for this property grants the City of Southlake a 15-foot water line easement on a 3.4175-acre tract of land. The water line easement was designated for a fire line, and domestic and irrigation meters. The developer is requesting that a 5 square foot area of water line easement be abandoned, so that the adjacent building foundation no longer encroaches on to the easement.
