The applicant acknowledging the need for an 8’sidewalk as required by
the Pathways Plan and encouraging the applicant to reflect that sidewalk
on the Concept Plan that is presented to Council on November 17th.
The applicant acknowledges the need to the 8’multi-use
trail and the trail has been added to the Concept Plan.
Acknowledging the willingness of the applicant to push the fence back
from the road a minimum of 10’from the front property line Applicant acknowledges.
Acknowledging the applicant’s willingness to provide an 8’wood fence
across the back,an 8’wood fence across the northern boundary next to
the church and masonry columns along the front with wrought iron;
Revised plans showing the fences and shrubs agreed to at
the meeting with adjacent property owners will be
provided prior to or at the City Council meeting on
November 17,2020.
The agreement of the applicant to create a driveway to accommodate the
stacking for delivery and other vehicles that may come Applicant agrees.
Encouraging a dialog with the neighbors to discuss any concerns that they
might have prior to taking the case to City Council.
The applicant met with the property owners of 1200 and
1201 Sarah Park Trail on November 4,2020.Revised plans
showing the fences and shrubs agreed to at the meeting
will be provided prior to or at the City Council meeting on
November 17,2020
