A motion was made to approve item 8, subject to the staff report dated November 13, 2020, and the plat review summary #2 dated November 13, 2020; and encouraging further discussion between Mr. Struempler, the Applicant, and the City; with further encouragement that the discussion regarding the drainage plans presented by the Applicant be held prior to the time item 8 is presented at City Council.
