Dear Dennis:
Attached is our submission for the 8/17/20 Formal submittal deadline for the Carroll ISD
Highschool STEAM Addition. Our Scope of project includes the addition of two new
classrooms and renovation of the interior spaces.
The proposed improvements will comply with all previously approved zoning regulations and
conditions of approval with the following exceptions.
Landscaping - We are requesting a variance to the Landscape Ordinance 544-B Section
3.3 to request relief from the interior landscaping requirement.
Bufferyards – We are requesting a variance to the bufferyard requirements in Zoning
Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 42 to allow the existing bufferyards to remain as
they exist.
