GENERAL NOTES:1.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN THE ROAD IN GOOD WORKING ORDER BYPERIODICALLY ADDING CRUSHED LIMESTONE TOAD BASE MATERIAL AND GRADING TOENSURE A SMOOTH, NON-RUTTED SURFACE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR THE ROADAS REQUESTED BY THE OWNER.2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES WITH THEOWNER AND ADJUST CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES, DELIVERIES, STORAGE, ETC. TOACCOMMODATE THE OWNER'S NEEDS FOR USE OF THESE FACILITIES.3.THE CONSTRUCTION STAGING AREA IS LOCATED ___________. THE EXACT BOUNDARIESOF THE STAGING AREA WILL BE AGREED TO BY THE OWNER AND THE CONTRACTORPRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SECURE THESTAGING AREA WITH A MINIMUM OF A 6' CHAIN LINK FENCE WITH LOCKABLE GATES.THE STAGING AREA SHALL BE MAINTAINED WITH A DRIVING SURFACE SUITABLE TOPREVENT EROSION.4.UPON COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION, THE STAGING AREA SHALL BE REMOVED.THE AREA DISTURBED SHALL BE REGRADED TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH CONTOUR. ALLGRAVEL, CRUSHED LIMESTONE, ETC.
