Session or at any time during the meeting or work session that a need arises for the
Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from the City Attorney as to the

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney: The Planning and Zoning Commission may
conduct a private consultation with its attorney when the Planning and Zoning Commission
seeks the advice of its attorney concerning any item on this agenda or on a matter in which
the duty of the attorney to the Planning and Zoning Commission under the Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Board of Texas clearly conflicts
with Chapter 551.
