CALL TO ORDER Southlake Arts Council Chair Miriam Murray called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. 2. PUBLIC FORUM Chair Miriam Murray opened the Public Forum at 6:05 p.m. There being no one present to address the Arts Council, the Public Forum was closed at 6:06 p.m. 3. CONSIDER AGENDA 3A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE JUNE 23, 2020 SOUTHLAKE ARTS COUNCIL MEETING APPROVED A motion was made to approve the minutes of the June 23, 2020 Southlake Arts Council meeting with no corrections. APPROVAL OF THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY BOB JONES EXHIBIT DONATION Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented the donation of the Historical Society Bob Jones Exhibit and answered questions. The Arts Council discussed the terms of the donation. APPROVED A motion was made to approve the donation of the Historical Society Bob Jones Exhibit as presented. APPROVAL OF THE ARTIST FOR THE BOB JONES TRIBUTE Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented the artist, Seth Vandable, for the Arts Council's consideration for the Bob Jones Tribute located at the Bob Jones Nature Center and Preserve and answered questions. The Arts Council discussed the artist's presentation. Terri informed the Arts Council of APEX performance cancellations. 4C. FALL ART EXHIBIT Community Relations Manager Vicky Schiber presented a fall art exhibit update and answered questions. 5.
