NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the City Council of the City
of Southlake will conduct a Metroport Teen Court Advisory Board Meeting scheduled for 5:45 p.m., on Monday, September 14, 2020
by video conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing") to
slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
This Notice and Meeting Agenda, and the Agenda Packet, are posted online at https://ww w.cityofsouthlake.com/AgendaCenter
The public will be permitted to offer public comments as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during
the meeting via this link http://bit.ly/09142020TCAB hosted through Webex.
A recording of this meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.

REGULAR SESSION:
1. Call to order at 5:55 p.m. by Marjorie Lewis

2. Administrative Comments (Staff):
Teen Court staff gave a presentation regarding referral information, types and numbers of violations, and failures.
CONSENT AGENDA:
3. Approval of Minutes from January 13, 2020
Motion to approve the minutes was made by Leon Leal and seconded by Devika Seth. Unanimous approval by board.
REGULAR AGENDA:
4. Discussion: Scholarship Applicants
The Board discussed the scholarship applicants and the monies available to award for scholarships. A motion was
made by Aaryn Lamb to approve $1250 to each Anija Bhayani and Zach Dennis and $500 to Jessica Koch. The motion
was seconded by Devika Seth and unanimously approved by the board.
5. Discussion: FY2021 Budget
Teen Court Staff went over the budget that was submitted to the cities.
6. Public Forum There was no public present at this time.
7. Meeting Adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
Motion by Leon Leal and seconded by Sandra Heasley.
Next meeting was scheduled for 5:45 p.m. on Monday, November 9, 2020.
