granting the variance to Tree Preservation Ordinance 585-E. There is 25%
of existing tree cover on the property and a minimum of 60% of the tree
cover is required to be preserved. The applicant is proposing to preserve
42%; and noting that the action is for the site plan approval of an
approximately 10,669 sf office warehouse building (Phase 2) and the
concept plan approval for a15,678 sf office warehouse building (Phase 3).
A site plan for Phase 3 will have to be approved by City Council prior, to
construction.
