This Notice and Meeting Agenda, and the Agenda Packet, are posted online at https://www.citvofsouthlake.com/A.gendaCenter The public will be permitted to offer public comments as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting via this link https:Hbit.ly/82520SLKSPIN, hosted through Webex. A recording of this meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. TIME: 6:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order. 2. SPIN2020-16 — An applicant (Carroll Independent School District) is proposing an approximately 2,650 square foot addition of STEM classroom space with a maximum height of 26' at Carroll High School located at 800 N. White Chapel Blvd. within SPIN Neighborhood #7. 3. SPIN2020-17 — An applicant is proposing a zoning change to allow for greater impervious coverage to add 7 parking spaces located at 750-756 N. Carroll Ave. within SPIN Neighborhood #7. 4. SPIN2020-18 — An applicant is proposing a zoning change to add approximately 4,800 square feet to an existing building (NTsuites) located at 771 E.
