easement, described as follows:

ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with all and
singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever; and IIWe do hereby certify that I/We are the owners of the
property described herein and bind myself/ourselves, my/our heirs and assigns, to warrant and
to forever defend all and singular the premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and
assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim same or any thereof.

Being a portion of a tract of land lying in the F. Throop Survey, Abstract No.1 511,
City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, conveyed to Jackie Paul White and wife,
La Fan White, as recorded in Volume 5179, Page 258, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas, (DRTCT), and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the east line of said tract, said point being N 02°03'24"E
a distance of 175.01 feet from the southeast corner;
THENCE S 40 ° 15' 44" W, a distance of 180.45 feet to a point for corner;
