(Grantor) for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee
herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have
granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of
Southlake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas, a perpetual fifteen foot (15') utility
easement in, into, upon, over, across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto the City of Southlake, its successors and
assigns, and Grantor hereby binds itself, its successors and assigns to warrant and forever defend,
all and singular, said premises unto the City of Southlake, its successors and assigns, against
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.
The terms of this dedication shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and Inure to
the benefit of the City of Southlake and its successors and assigns.
