The purpose ul' this easement is for the installation of sanitary sewer line and ingress/egress nghts li)r the purpose of maintaining the sewer line. The actual ownership of the land within the easement will remain that of the property owner of Lot 18, Block 1. The City will restore the propertv to its original condition or better Restoration includes but is not limited to sodding the disturbed areas, replacement of fences, driveways, culverts, mailboxes. and irrigation systems. The existing shop located within the limits of said easement will not be disturbed or removed for the instaliation of the sewer line or in the future for maintenance of the sewer line. The City will install a temporary fence along the limits of the temporary const ruction easement during construction of the sewer line. The City will contact t he property owner ten days prior to construction of the sewer line.
