are requesting approval for 1year.
Within the package you will note that wehave identified additional overflow parking
within the adjacent property should this berequired. The majority ofour patrons will be
transient in nature similar to the typical Yates Corner Store patrons. From a traff ic
perspective, we expect to capture patrons from the existing vehicular traffic at the Dove
and Kimball intersection.
VYehave also identified aportion ofthe lawn where patrons may stay todine ontheir
mea. Minimal seating will boprovided within the lawn area. VVehave identified the
location for the Food Trailer for consideration which is located as agreed during the
temporary approval.
We have identified a location for two temporary sandwich board signs which will be in
place only during operating hours.
