Southlake relinquishing applicable sewer impact fee for one single family residential or
commercial connection, and sewer connection charges for one single family residential or
commercial service, and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee herein,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold
and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of Southlake, Grantee
herein, of Tarrant County, Texas, a perpetual twenty foot (20') utility easement in, into, upon,
over. across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to wit:

TO HA VE AND TO HOLD said easement unto the City of Southlake, its successors and
assigns, and Grantor hereby binds itself, its successors and assigns and to warrant and forever
defend, all and singular, said premises unto the City of Southlake, its successors and assigns,
against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. The
terms of this dedication shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit
of the City of Southlake and its successors and assigns-

T. oJ. THOMPSON SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 1502
TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS
SITUATED in the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a strip of land out
of the T. J. Thompson Survey, Abstract No. 1502, said strip also being out of a tract of
land conveyed to Ronnie M. Woods and Verona Sue Woods by deed as recorded in
Volume 6589, Page 327 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas (D.R.T.C.T.), said
strip being a proposed 20 foot wide Permanent Utility Easement as shown on the at-
tached Exhibit'B' and being herein more particularl,v described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest property corner of the said Woods tract, said point also
being on the existing easterly right-of-way line of Davis Boulevard;
THENCE, Korth 88 degrees 45 minutes 38 seconds East, along the northerly property
line of the said Woods tract and along the southerly property line of a tract of
land conveyed to Gene E. White by deed as recorded in Volume 5579, Page 771
of the D.R.T.C.T., 20.00 feet to a point;
THENCE, South 00 degrees 07 minutes 52 seconds West 404.95 feet to a point on the
southerly property line of the said Woods tract and on the existing northerly
right-of-way line of Continental Boulevmd;
THENCE, South 88 degrees 36 minutes 33 seconds West, along the said property line
and along the said right-of-way line, 20.00 feet to the southwest property corner
of the said Woods tract;
THENCE, North 00 degrees 07 minutes 52 seconds East, along the westerly property line
of the said Woods tt'act and along the said existing easterly right-of-way line of
Davis Boulevard. 405.00 feet to the POlNT OF BEGINNING.
