A-1511 (5B2) OFFICIAL REC CITY OF SOUTHLAKE N-3 SEWER LINE EASEMENT THE STATE OF TEXAS § COUNTY OF TARRANT § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Dorothy M Rockenbaugh, Grantor herein, for and in consideration of Southlake relinquishing all fees for -.L sewer taps to the Grantor for the above, and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of South lake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a perpetual 15 foot sewer line easement solely for the purpose of installation of a segment of the N-3 sewer line, and a-temporary 35 foot wide construction easement, in and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to-wit: See attached Exhibit 'A' See attached Exhibit 'B' TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto the City of Southlake, its successors and assigns, and Grantor hereby binds itself, its successors and assigns and to warrant and forever defend, all and singular, said premises unto the City of Southlake, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. The terms of this dedication shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the City of Southlake and its succesors and assigns.
