approximately 5,000 square feet of retai I/restau rant space on approximately 8 acres located

4. SPIN2020-12 — An applicant is proposing to develop an approximately 10,442 square foo)
office and warehouse building on approximately 1.78 acres located at 1211 Timberline Ct.
within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
5. SPIN2020-13 — An applicant is proposing a zoning change and site plan at Yates Corner
Grocery to make improvements to the store and gas station located at 2180 E. Dove Rd.
within SPIN Neighborhood #4.
