KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT
That We, Mark R. Ingram and Lisa M. Ingram, Grantor herein, for and in
consideration of the planting of trees by Grantee as described below and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, sell and convey to the CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, Grantee herein, of
Tarrant County, Texas a permanent and perpetual easement for the purpose of allowing
the City of Southlake to plant and inspect trees adjacent to the adjoining street right -of-
way on the land in Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows, to wit:
A Permanent 15' foot Landscape Easement more particularly described in
(Exhibit "A" attached hereto.)
together with the right of ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
After initial planting of the trees by the City of Southlake, Grantor shall be
responsible for all maintenance necessary to keep the trees in a healthy and living
condition. The City of South lake shall have the right to enter upon the easement property
for the purpose of performing inspections of the trees to determine whether such trees are
healthy and being properly maintained.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described permanent easement, together with
all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto Grantee, its

successors and assigns forever; We do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, to
warrant and to forever defend all and singular the premises unto the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
same or any part thereof.
