That CENTENNIAL HOMES, INC., acting by and through its duly authorized
offIcers (Grantor) for and in consideration of the sum ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
grant, sell and convey to the CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas,
a perpetual utility easement in, into, upon, over, across and under a TEN (10) FEET wide strip along
the entire Eastern property line of the following described lots in the MYERS MEADOW, PHASE
ONE, a subdivision to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, as follows, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8, Block 1, MYERS MEADOW, PHASE ONE, an
Addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat
recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 1328, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Easement unto the CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, its
successors and assigns, and Grantor hereby binds itself its successors and assigns to warrant and
tèH'ever defend, all and singular, said premises unto the CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, its successors
and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof
