Block 1; Common Private Open Space No.2, adjacent to Lot 12, Block 1, as follows: Beginning at the Southeast comer of Lot 12, Block 1; Thence along the Southernmost property line of said lot, a distance of 20'; Thence at a 90 degree angle Southerly a distance of 15' to a point; Thence Easterly at a 90 degree angle a distance of 20' to a point; Thence Northerly at a 90 degree angle a distance of 15' to Place of Beginning. 5 feet along the South line of Lot 18, Block 1; 5 feet along the North line of Lot 17, Block 1; 5 feet along the East line of Open Space No.2 immediately adjacent to the West line of Lots 27, 28 and 29 of Block 1; and 5 feet along the Southernmost Northern boundary line of Open Space No.2 adjacent to the Southern boundary line of Lot 33, Block adjacent to the boundary line of said lot to its Southwesternmost comer. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Easement unto the CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, its successors and assigns, and Grantor hereby binds itself, its successors and assigns to warrant and forever defend, all and singular, said premises unto the CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
