Property Situation:
The property is located at 2225 W. Southlake Blvd., Suites 451 and 459 in the Southlake Market
Place development.
Development Details:
The applicant is proposing a daycare and spa for dogs called Dogtopia. The facility will focus on
socializing dogs through activities and interactions with other dogs to help better the community.
There will be three (3) playrooms included in the facility for dogs of differing sizes with canine
coaches in each room. Each canine coach will be certified for safety, sanitation and socialization
techniques.
