DRAINAGE NOTE:
1.BASED ON THE TxDOT DESIGN PLANS FOR THE EXISTING
DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE WITHIN FM 1709, THE DESIGN
FLOW TO THE EXISTING CURB INLET (S.I. H-1) IS 9.6 CFS FOR THE
5-YEAR STORM EVENT, AND THE DOWN STREAM PIPE CAPACITY
OF THE 24" RCP IS 38.4 CFS.
2.THE TOTAL FLOW DRAINAGE TO THE EXISTING CURB INLET DUE
TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SITE WILL BE 8.15 CFS FOR THE
100-YEAR STORM EVENT. THE PROPOSED FLOW IS LESS THAN
THE DESIGN FLOW, THEREFORE THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY
