•The applicant intends to utilize the existing patio space as an extension
of showroom for public/private events.
•Corporate office use with associated events and internal
showroom/gallery for displays uses will park at the existing ratio
requiring 52 parking spaces for Lot 5.
•No other changes to the site are proposed and all previous conditions of
approval remain in effect.
